1 dead in Montco crash

One person died after a two-car wreck in Hatfield Township early Friday morning.

Montgomery County disptachers said the crash happened shortly after 5 a.m. at the intersection of Welsh and Forty Foot Roads.

One person was killed, dispatchers said. Further details about the victim weren't immediately available.

Dispatchers said no one else was injured.

The circumstances of the crash remain under investigation.
