Tom Ferrick Jr. continues his series of Great Expectations podcasts. Part Six features Graham Finney, a city planner and local activist, who headed the Planning Commission in the 1980s. In looking at the next four years, Finney says the city has to find a way to meld government, business and the nonprofits to create a common agenda.
