Dassan is a friendly and laid-back lap cat who purrs the instant he's picked up. You'll fall in love when he looks at you with those big baby blues.
He is neutered and up-to-date on vaccines. His adoption fee is $50. Everyone who adopts a cat in November from the PSPCA will also receive a 15-pound box of cat litter.
