This week's Adopt-a-Pet at the Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society is Jemma, a terrier-hound mix about one or two years old.
Jemma is sweet and submissive. She would do best in homes with no young children or cats.

A $75 fee includes sterilization, vaccines, and micro-chipping.
