A surprise Valentine's Day proposal

Jeremy Kaplan surprised his girlfriend Emily Schrag by proposing on Valentine's Day morning at the Art Museum steps. He got a little help from Visit Philly with planning the entire morning. (Photos by Colin Kerrigan/Philly.com)

    I will say this, though: At least it's a creative twist on the run-of-the-mill "dufus proposes on, of all days, Valentine's Day" that hapless bystanders were surely bombarded with on the 14th.
