Janiceann Smigiel and Christopher Maddalo were classmates in grade school. Decades later, they crossed paths again and fell in love.
Janice, 41, and Chris, 42, grew up in Philadelphia's Holmesburg neighborhood on opposite sides of the Holmesburg Ramblers Football Field. They went to elementary school together, but went on to separate high schools and separate lives - until 2001.
