Monday's Child: JaMarcus, 8, loves outdoor activities - and salad

JaMarcus is a natural athlete. When the 8-year-old is not practicing his karate moves, he's playing on the baseball or football field, riding his bike, or swimming. He also enjoys watching professional football. When not outdoors, he enjoys doing puzzles, watching cartoons, listening to music, and sharpening his skills at creating balloon animals and shapes.

Very personable, JaMarcus is friendly, optimistic, inquisitive, and fearless. He enjoys school and is proud of being named student of the month twice and receiving the principal's award for his scholastic progress. When he grows up, he wants to be a police officer.

A perfect day for JaMarcus would include playing outdoors, eating salad, and swimming. If he could have three wishes, they would be to be king of the world, be the fastest person, and to have superpowers like his favorite comic book characters.

JaMarcus dreams of having a forever family and engaging in sports with them. His social worker says he would be a great addition to any family.
