Taishyna plans to do something meaningful when she grows up. "I want to be a foster mom to help kids," the 11-year-old says. Her inspiration? Her own experience in a foster home. She wants to be exactly like one of her favorite people - her caregiver.

Taishyna loves painting and drawing, and uses her talent to create personalized greeting cards for those close to her. She also enjoys arts and crafts, including making jewelry. One of her goals is a career as a fashion designer.

Friendly and affectionate, she is easy to engage in conversation and likes attention. According to her social worker, Taishyna "loves to help out and would be great with a family that has young children. She has a lot of love to give and really cares about other people."

The ideal family for Taishyna would be patient and loving, and would understand the effects of the trauma she has experienced. She is very close to her many siblings; it is vital that those relationships continue.
