In Mexico, it's not the water, it's Bieber Fever

Bieber Fever has hit Mexico.Scores of muchachas y muchachos, some as young as 10, travelled for hundreds of miles to camp Sunday along a roach-infested street in Mexico City near where El Beebs is to performMonday night. Many were chaperoned by parents, some of whom took time off work to help their children skip a day of school and be part of an audience expected to top 200,000. First in line was Frida Coss, the 17-year-old president of the Official Justin Bieber Fan Club of Mexico City, who said she was saving spaces for fellow club members from across the country. She arrived on Friday with her mother, Elizabeth Noriegas, who sounded like she also had a bit of a crush.

Bieber Fever has hit Mexico.

Scores of muchachas y muchachos, some as young as 10, travelled for hundreds of miles to camp Sunday along a roach-infested street in Mexico City near where El Beebs is to performMonday night. Many were chaperoned by parents, some of whom took time off work to help their children skip a day of school and be part of an audience expected to top 200,000.

"The boy is a good example," Noreigas said. "He's healthy, he's cute, he's a good singer and his music is not scandalous."

Reality TV nonsense

It seems like every week, Tattle is writing about some new, nutty reality TV show.

Now, the Charleton Gazette reports that producers are looking for descendants of the Hatfields and McCoys to take part in a show to be filmed in West Virginia.

Bill Richardson, who's helping with the casting, told the Gazette that the show will set five to 10 members of each family against one another in a competition to create businesses around their history.

Losers, alas, have to run through the woods dodging buckshot.

"America's Got Talent" contestant Timothy Michael Poe, the soldier-turned-stutterer-turned-country singer-turned-liar whose claims of being injured in battle were dismissed by military officials says he believed he was telling the truth, but he doesn't know what is real.

Poe, who now lives in Texas, cried in portions of an interview aired Friday on Dallas's WFAA-TV. At least he believes he cried. He told the station he doesn't know why he "believed things that happened to me, and they might not have?"

In addition to fibbing about his injuries, Poe had also provided a photo to "AGT" of a soldier he passed off as himself, though it was actually of Staff Sgt. Norman Bone in Afghanistan in 2006. Bone said Friday that Poe's alleged lies disrespect all men and women who've served in the military, and he called Poe's actions "completely wrong."

Poe's fiancée, Carrie Morris, claims Poe accidentally submitted the photo because he was in a rush.

Attorneys for CBS claim the producer of the upcoming ABC reality series "The Glass House" copied materials from his time on "Big Brother" and deleted emails that could have proved important in a case over whether the new show should be allowed to air.

The allegations were included in a filing last week that asked a federal judge to block the June 18 premiere of "The Glass House." CBS claims the series copies heavily from "Big Brother" and relies on experience and techniques used on that series by roughly 30 former "Big Brother" staffers now working at "Glass House," including Executive Producer Kenny Rosen.
