WHERE TO EAT

The Automobile Association of America estimates that the average family of four drops more than $320 a day vacationing in New Jersey.

Unless otherwise noted in the individual community listing, the fireworks displays will be held tomorrow. Pennsylvania Montgomery County Abington: Fireworks at 9:15 p.m., visible from Abington Junior and Senior High School, Copper Beach School, and the sidewalk of Easton Road south of Bradfield Road.
Just in time for the Fourth of July weekend, a new report shows that 10 towns along the Jersey shore have increased their beach fees since last year.
OCEAN CITY, N.J. - Sand is the hot commodity on the Jersey Shore. Not light sweet crude oil. Not gold.
Ocean City's historic lifesaving station has been spared - at least through the summer. A Superior Court Judge has issued a stay of demolition for the vacant 1885 structure.
Wildwood's the winner, the New Jersey Marine Sciences Consortium announced this afternoon. South Jersey beach towns swamped their northern competition in the contest. Wildwood Crest, Stone Harbor and Cape May also made the top ten.
Cape May county beaches cleaned up in N.J.'s Top 10 Beaches contest.
