Inquirer staff Writer Susan Snyder writes:

Three students wandered into a Germantown High School classroom Wednesday after classes had let out and assaulted a teacher whom they did not know, district officials said.

Teacher Harry Doe was assaulted when he reprimanded the students for entering his classroom. One student, who was turned in later by his mother, has been suspended for 10 days and faces expulsion, said district spokesman Barbara Farley. District officials know the identity of the other two students and are looking for them, she said.

Doe sought treatment at the district’s workman’s compensation office yesterday and complained of shoulder and arm pain today when he came back to school to file a report on the incident, Farley said. City police also have been notified, she said. City police, however, said this afternoon that they had no information.

The attack came two days after a Beeber Middle School teacher reported that a student attempted to rape her in a classroom.

“You have to give credit to the mother for coming to school with her son. It’s not an easy thing to do and her son faces serious consequences,” Farley said.

Again. And again. And again. Had enough of this b.s. from these little monsters yet, teachers? Getting up the courage to ask why your administration and union want you to die rather than contfont and isolate the evil in your midst, the ones who want to kill and rape you? I will say a prayer for this teacher, and the one who was assaulted at Beeber, as well as for the mother who turned her kid in. But this has to stop. Whether it's at the business end of a can of mace or a .44. These kids will grow up to be the rapists, high/drunk drivers, and cop killers of tomorrow. It's only a matter of time.

What...the ...HHHH...is ...going ....on....in the Philadelphia school system? Didnt we just hire a new school superintendant for like a zillion dollars? What the HHHH is she going to do about, and prevent crimes like this from happening in school, and on school grounds! Assaulting an administrator or teacher should be handled as if the assault had happened to an police officer. Same consequences. This is totally unbelievable. I mean I am just shocked.

Lock up their ignorant and deadbeat parents. Well, with the exception of the mother who turned her son in. Kids are doing this because many people in our society are too lazy to do anything about their children and expect the community to raise their kids for them.

Teachers in the Philadelphia School district are not teachers .... they are animal trainers, and to combat animal attacks they should have carte blanche or declare Marshall Law when this happens and use Excessive force to combat this. Animals deserve capital punishment, as well as their PARENTS

The tax base who pays the largest amount of property tax also happens to send their children to private and catholic schools. Why do they spend more money for something that is free, hmmm, could it be because its safer. You can't learn if your terrified. You cannot teach if you are terrified. SOLUTION: Fine the parents of the students who misbehave. Use that money to off-set taxes. How do you expect a stranger to do a better job with a child than the parent is capable of doing. A teacher is supossed to like their students; a parent is supossed to love their child. Love hurts, if you are doing it right. I don't WANT to discipline my children when I come home from my two jobs, but it is my responsibility. I owe it to the community, myself, and most importantly MY KID. These parents absolve themselves of any responsibility. How ironic is it that in the catholic schools, where parents pay more money, the parents get more involved, but in the public school where most pay no money (even taxes because they are renters) they get less involved. This is the only way you are going to get the parents to see things the same way teachers do. I appluad these brave teachers. At least cops get guns and vests.

If these kids are protecting us as members of the Army we won't have to worry. We'll get invaded tommorow; our overthrowers will set up a new government and subsequently a new educational system.

The culture of disrespect for authority is so rampant in ths city. Cops, teachers, adults in general, fellow humans... no one is offered the least bit of respect. The problem is so deep, generations deep... I honestly don't know what can be done about it! And to think of the mother who had to turn her son in! This is probably a decent woman trying to raise her son in an environment that battles her good parenting everyday, an impossible situation. How will this teacher return to work? I can't imagine that there is even teaching happening in the classrooms. How can it? The change must be dramatic and swift in order for it to work. I am not saying I know what must be done, but in order to regain control of the schools (and that will hopefully affect the streets) the action must come soon. and just say NO MAS- the age of voting is 18. High school students are usually not voters. And I have never heard of a thug interested in politics. Obama won by the majority vote. Move on, dear.

McSame they didnt from McCain but they will from Obama. They got guns due to all of these SCUMBAG RAPPERS AND THUGS who make money off of making records about drugs , killing cops , having babies at a young age, and blaming white people for their problems. This is what happens when liberal scumbags make laws to let these animals run wild
