What is haiku? It's a rhymeless poem of three lines that contains five, seven, and five syllables, respectively.
When writing your haiku, please mark the end of each line with a slash (/).
We will announce the winner at 12:50 p.m., but you have to be present to claim your prize. When we announce the winner, he or she has to post a response of "I am Haiku champion."
So what do you win? Bragging rights for the week, recognition on Philly.com and something from the depths of the Philly.com swag closet.
