Motorcyclist killed in city

A motorcyclist riding on Martin Luther King Drive was killed early Saturday morning when his Kawasaki bike hit a guard rail near Sweetbriar Road, police said.

Corey Miller, 40, suffered head trauma and was pronounced dead at Hahnemann University Hospital at 1:43 a.m. Police said he was not wearing a helmet.

Miller, who was from Washington, D.C., was visiting family in Philadelphia, police said.
