    what is troop morale like, and how do they feel about increasing troop strength in afghanistan, while reducing in iraq?

    If you don't mind a two part question. If everything proceeds as planned with the SOFA and conditions continue to improve in Iraq, what kind of relationship can America expect to have with Iraq and the middle-east within the next 5 to 10 years? What kind of relationship would we have now and 10 years from now if we never got involved with Iraq in the first place? Would Saddam been a bigger threat or closer ally?
