Excuse me but is this some public defender or the guy that replaced Dick Sprage. Now we know why Sprage unloaded this losser. Fumo should just plead guilty and move on. The tax payers are paying twice. First for all the waste by Fumo and now to take this to trial. this entire case has cost the feds millions.
i hope after 3 months that the defense has something better than to offer up a series of witnesses that the government will chew up on cross. the government seems to have made a very compelling case.
