Weather causing flight delays of up to 2 hours at PHL

Low cloud cover at Philadelphia International Airport today is causing major headaches for hundreds, if not thousands, of Thanksgiving holiday travelers. The FAA is reporting that some arriving flights have been delayed for up to two hours. Incoming delays are also affecting outgoing flights.

"Everyone will get where they’re going," said Victoria Lupica, an airport spokeswoman, "they’ll just get there a little later."

Before heading to the airport, airport officials suggest calling 1-800-PHL-GATE or visiting www.phl.org for additional information.
