_ A story in yesterday's
Daily News incorrectly reported the charges that resulted from an investigation into straw purchases made at Colosimo's gun shop. Federal charges of making false statements and failing to properly maintain firearms transaction records were filed against the company, Colosimo's Inc., not the owner, James Colosimo, 78, who was not charged with any crimes.
_ A story yesterday reported an incorrect apartment number for Rian Thal, one of two victims killed June 27 at the Piazza at Schmidts in Northern Liberties. The apartment was No. 715.
