I-95 open by tomorrow night?

PennDOT secretary Allen D. Biehler said this afternoon the agency is hoping to have I-95 open by tomorrow night.

At a press conference, Biehler said crews are waiting for parts for the four support towers to come from Baltimore, Pittsburgh and Coatesville tonight.

The four support towers, which can handle a load of up to two million pounds, will be placed around the damaged column.

Contractors are installing a stone foundation this afternoon for the towers.
