Allowing light to enter your home can warm up a room in no time.

    4. Clean the house

Get your blood pumping, and your house spotless, by tiding up your home.

    5. Make it muggy

Humidifiers pump out warm air, crank that thing up! It you don’t have one, leave the door open  while you shower.

    6. Do laundry

Who doesn’t love the feeling of clothing straight out of the dryer?

    7. Draft blockers

Lower your electric bill and raise the temperature in your home by eliminating drafts. If you don’t have a draft blocker handy, try a rolled up towel.

    8. Go old school

Heat up a hot water bottle or microwave bags of rice or dried beans and put them under your covers before you go to sleep. Your bed will be nice and toasty when you hop in.
