Health Tip: Maintaining a Healthy Body Weight

(HealthDay News) -- You've lost a few pounds and are now at a healthy body weight. It's important not to gain those pounds back.

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention offers these suggestions for maintaining your optimal weight

  • Weigh yourself frequently.
  • Eliminate any habits that may lead to gaining weight.
  • Keep a food diary to see if you've started eating more than usual.
  • Set goals and commit yourself to a healthier lifestyle.
