Q: As much as I hate to admit it, I don't really know what exercises to do at the gym, so I just stick with the cardio machines. But, after six months I'm really bored with it. Any suggestions?

A: Instead of the same old same old, do intervals. An easy interval program could look like this: Three minutes of walking, followed by one minute of jogging, and 30 seconds of running, repeated for 30 or 45 minutes. You can also add in some body-weight exercises like push-ups, dips, squats and lunges. I guarantee, this will definitely boot the boredom out of your routine and give your energy a real boost!
