20th annual Strides for Stroke 5K and more.

1 20TH ANNUAL STRIDES FOR STROKE 5K

On Sunday, the Delaware Valley Stroke Council will host its 5K Run/Walk at 8:30 a.m. The race begins at Benjamin Franklin Parkway and 26th Street. Register for Strides for Stroke at phillystroke.org or call 215-772-9040.

2 ODDYSSEY HALF MARATHON

On Sunday at 7 a.m., at Memorial Hall: Please Touch Museum, they'll kick off this fun run dedicated to runners. With live music, medals and beer at the finish line. Register at oddysseyhalfmarathon.com.

3 MLRT DIAMOND 5K

On Sunday at 8:30 a.m., you and the kids can walk/run through the borough of Narberth, starting and ending at the Main Line Reform Temple. All the proceeds support several area charities. For more information and registration, go to runtheday.com or call 610-649-7800.

4 MIDSUMMER NIGHT 5K SERIES RACE 1

On June 12, this 5K race will start in South Ardmore Park, in Wynnewood. Preregistration is from 5:30 to 7:15 p.m., and the kids can participate, too.
