Q: Kimberly, I work out after work but typically feel sluggish and tired. What's a good supplement I can try that will help boost my energy for a workout?

A: To keep your energy high throughout the day, I suggest two things:

1. Avoid eating a heavy lunch.

2. You may want to have a pre-workout meal like a handful of nuts with an apple. A small pre-workout meal like that may give you the sustained energy you need to get energetically through your workout.
