Q: I recently lost a lot of weight and now my butt, quite frankly, looks saggy and baggy. Is there anything I can do to improve its appearance?

A: The short answer is yes, but it will probably require quite a bit of effort to improve the muscle tone you lost in your rear. A lot of people suffer from this when they lose weight quickly. You lost weight but also a great deal of muscle, too. You'll likely need to eat a bit more protein, as well as get serious about your strength training by doing multijoint exercises like squats, lunges and butt blasters.
