DO IT RIGHT
If you want to take your push-ups to the next level, try Fist Push-ups, which target the core and shoulders. Start on all fours. Step your feet behind you, raising your hips toward the ceiling. Make a fist and slowly press your fist into the floor while straightening your arms. Now you're in position, and slowly bend your elbows (with head pointing toward the floor). Lower your body until your head almost touches the floor and then press back up to the start position. Shoot for 3 sets of 5-10 repetitions.
