Red, white and blue superfoods

With all of the hot dogs, burgers and beers you're bound to have this 4th of July, you'll probably want to add in a little something healthy on the side. Working a superfood onto your plate this weekend can give you a significant boost in key vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, which will improve your overall health.

In the spirit of Independence Day, we give you 10 superfoods decked out in red, white and blue.
