Nazareth Hospital

Nazareth Hospital maintains high standards in stroke care through its comprehensive program, which includes advanced emergency stroke treatment and a 20-bed acute rehabilitation unit. It is also a market leader in hip and knee replacement. As an affiliate of Penn Cardiovascular Care, the hospital offers emergency and elective coronary angioplasty. The Center for Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Medicine is the only hospital-based wound center in Northeast Philadelphia to offer hyperbaric oxygen therapy, a treatment involving breathing pure oxygen in a pressurized room.
