Crozer-Chester Medical Center

Crozer-Chester Medical Center was founded in 1922 to cater exclusively to the elderly, and geriatric medicine remains a specialty. The hospital receives high marks for its Acute Care for Elders unit, which works with the patient's primary care physician to develop a treatment plan.
