A: That's a good question, because sticking to a new diet is one of the most difficult things you can ask a human being to do. And, very honestly, there are no shortcuts.
One thing that I've seen work for a lot of people is to write down your goal, which makes you accountable to yourself to follow through.
Note that I'm not saying "get an app for that." I think that physically writing something down on paper has a bigger impact on our behavior. Give it a try.
