The studies cited are dated 2004, 2005, 2006, 2008, and 2012. No silver bullets, just interesting research. I always joked that when we go hiking, we need to pack our heart emergency kit: aspirin, red wine, and dark chocolate. This is chocolate that is 70% or more cacao I believe. deldiverwife
