Snack like a Victoria’s Secret model

Have you ever wondered what secret snacks the Victoria’s Secret runway models munch on to keep them looking trim and yet provide them with enough energy to get through a long fashion show? Local dietitian Kelly Strogen explains that a healthy and satisfying snack should contain some complex carbohydrates as well as healthy fats and/or lean protein to fill you up but give you the sustainable energy you need to get you through to your next meal. Strogen reveals Victoria’s Secret models favorite snacks and shares how each is essential for maintaining beautiful features as well as healthy bodies!
