The upscale-but-struggling Kitchen 233 has been transformed into a more casual Italian eatery that is remarkably affordable given the artisan pizzas, handmade pastas, and house-cured salami from chef Todd Fuller.  Craig LaBan review Treno, 233 Haddon Ave., Westmont.
