    Ms. Starr was a vibrant person who brought joy to many young Philadelphians. Such a treasure.

    Sally, Chief Halftown, Uncle Pete (Boyle) - I remember them all fondly. Those were the days when we grade school kids walked home for lunch, watched cartoons and ran back for the afternoon session.

    We were so lucky to have Our Gal Sal...a Philly-area institution. Fond-memories from the 50's60/s watching her shows!
