Well, we have a "Pot Head" in the legislature. Wonder how many more? thepaguy
PA may vote democratic but it's a socially conservative state with many backward policies that cater to its demographics. philly57
It's nice when politicians can use common sense unlike our dope of a Governor. And FWIW, $25 million in revenues is just the tip of the iceberg. One day these old folks will get their heads out of their asses and join the rest of us in the 21st century. The fact that Pot is still classified as a type 1 drug says everything about our system. i used to lobby for pot law reformation but one time...uh.... wait, what was i talking about again? Evil Overlord
and HSBC just got a slap in the wrist for laundering cartel drug money...but some poor schmuck gets caught with a bud and you can bet they won't be as lenient box297
Dems are so interested in saving one life with their zero tolerance gun policy but it's ok to have people who are high driving around killing people. The bar moves so much that I've lost track. Phillies2008WSChamps
Go do a search on driving high on pot and deaths and then come back and spew this nonsense. Where exactly are all these incidents of people high on pot killing people? While it should be illegal and regulated just like alcohol when it comes to driving, I fail to see how it's any different from the millions hopped up on prescription drugs/pain meds and driving behind the wheel. If this is your only basis for keeping it illegal, please try again. Jdub1981
