Some music takes indefinite detours en route to posterity. Not even Temple University faculty harpsichordist Joyce Lindorff expected to find scintillating music in a mere instruction book - one intended to raise playing standards to a "tolerable" level - squirreled away in Colonial Williamsburg, Va.
