I wonder why all 40 candidate's names are not published ? Of the three names mentioned in this article, two are referred to as 'perennial candidates'. Fair to say that given their past history in elections, perennial losers would be more appropiate. Fareeda Brewington does have the credentials for the job. Her background indicates that she wouldn't have any problems with the big words on the certification test. Excepting Ms. Brewington and not knowing the other 37 candidates, this appears to be another 'bring on the clowns' Philly moment. BillyPenn1
