This family is coo coo for coa coa puffs. Maybe the parents and thaty wonderful godfather should have taught her not to go in houses where she doesn't belong.

This is getting ugly and ridiculous. To the family: Please STOP this bickering and finger-pointing. A little girl was murdered, and she was likely dead before anyone called the police. All the lawsuits, all the money in the world are not going to give you your little girl back, nor will they change what happened.

I don't completely agree. I think only the mother is trying to "prosper from her death". Also, turn off your caps lock for the love of God.

Sad. The family needs to reconcile immediately. Do NOT let two teenage thug wannabes destroy your whole family. I get that there will be a void forever with Autumn no longer around, but in times like this that poor girl is looking down on the situation with most likely sadness and disgust. Her family needs to stick together and direct their anger towards the cowards that killed their girl. Unfortunately I have a feeling there were deep rooted issues prior to the murder, and this evil act was the lit match on the lighter fluid. Either way I hope they can settle their differences outside the court room. The only time these folks should be in a court room from here on out is to watch the co-defendants cry and beg their way through guilty verdicts. RIP Autumn.

Way to dishonor Autumn's life and memory. The family should be ashamed of themselves. They are obviously trying to cash in on a child's murder. That poor child was dead long before her "loving" family even knew she was missing and nothing the police or prosecutor could have done would have changed that. Low class will always out as this family is proving.

Seems like trailer trash too me!! They should take the money away from the family and put it to use in Autumn's name without any family members getting their grubby hands on a dime.

The Dad seems pretty innocent in this mess to me. The mother was very absent throughout their children's lives. He was the primary parent, the money that was donated was put in his name, and as a favor he added the mother to the account after the fact. After she started doing unsavory things with other monies donated, he decided to take her off the account he had control of in order to avoid her doing more unsavory things with that money as well.

As for Spadafora, he has said that the family has disassociated with him, but he doesn't care, he is going to continue speaking out as he sees fit.

So while this mess is a shame, I don't fault the father. The mother was never involved, but now wants access to money and a say in a grave of a child she didn't care about when the child was actually alive. Looks like she is greedy and hungry for attention, just like Spadafora.

Money changes everything? How sad parents are acting juvenile and tarnishing the memory of a young girl. This silly infighting serves to make the murderers more palatable or minimally, more forgettable..

Yo, the daughter is dead and now her mother cares more about the tombstone than she did about the little girls day to day life when she was alive...tells you quite a bit about this female critter. It's too late dopey or haven't you gotten that far yet?

Her father was the primary caregiver. He should be the one calling the shots.
