I hope I get to see Celek signal a first down one more time before the season ends. Seeing they wont be in the playoffs, I'll need to see it a few extra times to help me get through to next year, when I can see it again in a meaningless pre season game.— Geno D- Is it posibble after Brown's first two games people had some film to watch and learned how to stop him? - Why is McCoy even playing? Rest him and then run the ball 30 times a game with Brown and McCoy next year. McCoy will get his 20-25 touches (18-20 runs 3-5 catches), we will protect whatever stiff they roll out at QB, and the team will be balanced and have longer drives to support the defense.— ConverseB24

Brown's running style is what I call pure "wildass": He gallops like a wildman, and gets his speed by swinging his arms like pendulums, and that means exposing the ball. It's central to the way he moves. Coaching might reduce this a bit, but that's the source of his burst, and I don't see that changing. That's why Fumble Boy was drafted in the fifth round. He may, over time, develop into a backup runner, but you wouldn't want to trust him in a tight game that matters.— NM Eagle fan
