The Franklin Institute, a nonprofit Philadelphia educational and cultural organization, elected three members to its board of trustees:
Arthur L. Caplan is the director for the Center for Bioethics at the University of Pennsylvania, the Emanuel and Robert Hart Professor of Bioethics and chair of the Department of Medical Ethics. He is cochair of the United Nations/Council of Europe task force on trafficking in human organs and tissues. »Read story
