Mount Holly Gardens

What's to become of Mount Holly Gardens, the half-demolished housing development trapped in a 10-year-old court battle over eminent domain, housing prices and racial issues that has drawn national attention? Residents and the town have different ideas how to proceed, now that the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, in a decision that sharply faults the township for in essence bullying residents out, has ruled that the remaining 70 residents have a right to argue in a new trial that their removal amounts to racial discrimination.
