Rosemary simple syrup

Makes about 1 1/2 cups


2 cups water

2 cups sugar

8 sprigs rosemary



  1. Combine ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then simmer for about 10 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and cool. Refrigerate overnight.
  3. Strain and remove rosemary before use.
