Rosemary 75

A Rosemary 75 at W/N W/N Coffee bar.

Makes 1 drink


1½ ounces gin (Rowhouse preferred)

¾ ounces fresh lemon juice

½ ounce rosemary syrup (see recipe)

2 to 4 ounces prosecco

Optional garnish: lemon peel and fresh rosemary



  1. Mix gin, lemon juice, and syrup in cocktail shaker.
  2. Using cocktail shaker and mesh strainer, double-strain into a glass.
  3. Top with prosecco.
  4. If desired, garnish with lemon peel and sprig of fresh rosemary.

Note: To make for a large group (16 servings), combine one bottle prosecco with one 750 ml bottle of gin, 12½ ounces lemon juice, and 8½ ounces rosemary syrup. Serve over ice in a punch bowl. If desired, make a large ice cube by freezing water and garnishes in a Bundt cake pan.
