Artichoke Dip


from Neil Beckerman, President, Unilever Bestfoods North America
1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup (about 4 ounces) grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
1 can chopped green chilies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In 1-quart casserole, combine all ingredients. Bake uncovered, 20 minutes, or until heated through.
Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
Makes 2 1/2 cups.
