Try these handmade macaroons from Andrea Kyan's Pure Sweets in East Falls. Certified gluten-free and kosher pareve, they are vegan and made with no refined sugars. Tasting is believing, they are delish! We loved the cashew butter and vanilla bean.

Mini macaroons, $2.50 for two, at Pure Sweets, 3580 Indian Queen Lane, or www.puresweets.com.
