Lambertville , NJ 08530
Cuisine type: French
Meals Served: Lunch Dinner
Style: Chef-owner Jean Michel Dumas opened this local favorite in December 1989, having done a stint across the river at New Hope's Inn at Phillips Mill. The bouillabaisse was minus the usual broth and served on a plate, but the seafood, such as monkfish, salmon, tuna, shrimp, mussels and Little Necks, was delectable nonetheless, cooked in a lobster base. The rack of lamb with a thyme crust was cooked to a delicious and tender medium rare, as requested, and seemed to be served with two distinctly different sauces.
Hours: Wed-Sat (dinner only) Sun (brunch and dinner)
