The steak-house phenomenon has found its way to the far western burbs, where chef Carlo deMarco (of 333 Belrose) and his team are serving meats and more in a stylishly rehabbed old paper mill overlooking a branch of the Brandywine. The vast space is dramatic, with exposed stone walls, salvaged mill wheels, and a riverside terrace.
