This likable and influential Belgian bistro is the region's undisputed beer paradise. There are surprises beyond the famous burgers and mussels, including stellar octopus and gueuze- stewed rabbit. But the beer-cuisine theme occasionally feels forced and is often drowned in the deafening noise and smoke of what is still essentially a jam-packed bar.
