Langostino's, an unassuming Italian BYOB, has taken over the space formerly occupied by Ground Floor Cafe in South Philadelphia. (By unassuming, we mean it's possible the sign isn't even up.) Lots of seafood on the menu; entrees are $10 to $14. Chef-owner is Mario Hima, who ran a summer-only Ciao in Brigantine. Out front is Carlos Calderone. It's open weekdays for lunch, seven nights for dinner.
