Market vouchers for those 60-plus

Starting Monday, older Philadelphians who are income-eligible can get $20 worth of vouchers for use at certified farmer's markets. Residents must be 60 or older by Dec. 31 and meet income limits of $20,147 for an individual or $27,214 for a family of two in 2010.

The vouchers, made available through the federal and state departments of agriculture, will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis by the Philadelphia Corporation for Aging and must be used before Nov. 30.
