As if you needed further evidence of rough times for local restaurants, Susanna Foo, the gourmet Asian-fusion house on Walnut Street, now delivers. Some of the lunch boxes we tried (kung pao chicken, curried Cantonese rice noodles) were more upscale Chinatown than signature Foo. But the crunchy-crusted crab cakes arrived surprisingly intact, and the Mongolian Jamison Lamb with Chinese eggplant ($13, with vegetable rice and broccoli) had the subtle peppery heat and sublime tenderness Foo fans are used to. The vegetarian pot stickers with sauteed spinach ($7 for five) also held up; light, delicate, and, best, still warm. Both midday orders were delivered in 30 minutes.
